The aim of Kerygma Evangelists Groups is to form and sustain Catholic Evangelists in their personal witness, and help direct and support their collaborative as well as personal evangelistic projects. Therefore participation in KEGs is to sit alongside active personal witness and hopefully collective projects by the group. Groups may need to meet several times to do basic training and grow in fellowship before they can start a shared outreach project, but it is important to aim at doing one, and to seek to witness to and share one’s faith and the Gospel from as early as possible.
One outreach option is the Who is Jesus? Course, which runs over several evening or day time sessions, normally weekly for 12 weeks and including a special day event in the middle.
